a99bed Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

Clause 1

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any modification, amendment, or re-enactment thereof. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Clause 2

By completing the a99bed account registration process, by clicking any "I agree", "Accept", "Register", or equivalent confirmation element on the Platform, or by simply accessing and using any feature of the Platform after these Terms have been published, you enter into a legally binding agreement with a99bed on the terms set out in this document.

2.1 — Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and a99bed with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings whether written or oral.

2.2 — Continued Use as Acceptance

If a99bed amends these Terms and you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of those amendments, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. a99bed will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

2.3 — Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting you from using gambling services, and that your use of the Platform is permitted under all laws applicable to you.

Clause 3

3.1 — Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registering an Account and must remain 18 or older throughout your use of the Platform. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, net of any processing fees that cannot be recovered. Any winnings accrued in an underage Account will be forfeited entirely.

3.2 — Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on a99bed, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment, not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of a99bed, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the a99bed Platform or had an Account closed due to a violation of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law applicable to you — it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction;
• You are not acting under compulsion, duress, or any addiction-related crisis at the time of depositing funds or placing bets — if you feel your gambling is out of control, please visit our Responsible Gaming page immediately.

3.3 — One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on a99bed. Duplicate Accounts — including Accounts registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, or names by the same individual — are prohibited. Duplicate Accounts detected by a99bed will be closed and all associated balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing Account, please contact [email protected] rather than registering a new Account.

Clause 4

4.1 — Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly whenever it changes. a99bed will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated Account information provided by you.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. a99bed will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been conducted by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify a99bed immediately by emailing [email protected]. Until we receive such notification, a99bed will not be liable for any unauthorised activity on your Account.

4.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

a99bed operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time a99bed reasonably requests:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account statement or screenshot);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the a99bed compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. a99bed reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests from Accounts with incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

4.4 — Account Inactivity

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. a99bed may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳150 per month to inactive Accounts after notifying the registered email address. If the Account balance falls to zero, the Account may be archived. Archived Accounts can be reactivated by contacting [email protected].

Clause 5

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

a99bed accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. a99bed does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued outside Bangladesh, or anonymous payment instruments.

5.2 — Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits set by your payment provider and any account-level limits set by a99bed;
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions;
• Fees: a99bed charges no platform-side deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposit source: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 — Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction;
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2–4 hours for bKash and Nagad; up to 24 hours for bank transfers. VIP tier members receive priority processing;
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible;
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 4.3. a99bed reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending satisfactory verification;
• Wagering completion: Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before Real Money Funds winnings derived from those bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.4 — Responsible Payment Use

You must ensure that all funds deposited into your a99bed Account are from legitimate sources. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities as required by law. a99bed cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into suspected financial misconduct.

Clause 6

6.1 — Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers on a99bed are subject to specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements published in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made. General eligibility rules applicable to all bonuses include:

• You must be a verified Account holder aged 18 or above;
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly permitted by a99bed;
• a99bed reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. If no specific Wagering Requirement is stated, the default requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots and Crash Games: 100% contribution towards wagering requirement;
• Live Dealer Tables (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette): 10% contribution;
• Sports and Cricket Betting: 25% contribution (qualifying bets only — minimum odds of 1.50);
• Video Poker and Classic Table Games: 5% contribution;
• Progressive Jackpot Games: 0% contribution.

6.3 — Bonus Abuse

a99bed employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; using betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets on low-risk outcomes); exploiting errors or technical glitches in the Platform to accumulate unintended bonus credits; and colluding with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially. Where bonus abuse is detected, a99bed reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the Account, and recover any withdrawn funds derived from abusive bonus activity.

6.4 — Welcome Bonus

The a99bed Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players making their first deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement applied to the combined total of the deposit and bonus amounts. The bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited or it will expire and be forfeited. The Welcome Bonus is available to players in Bangladesh only and is limited to one claim per player. 18+ only. Full promotion terms apply.

Clause 7

7.1 — Game Fairness

All casino games available on a99bed are sourced from certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently tested and certified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game's information panel. a99bed does not modify game outcomes, payout rates, or RNG parameters.

7.2 — Bet Acceptance and Voided Bets

a99bed reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet was placed after the event or market had already closed; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, manipulation, or insider information; a technical error or manifest pricing error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; or the player has exceeded the maximum stake limits applicable to their Account tier.

7.3 — Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket and sports betting markets on a99bed are subject to the following specific rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed;
• In-play bets on cricket markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals) are accepted up to the point the relevant ball is bowled or the market is suspended;
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs by more than 20% due to weather or other external factors, a99bed reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances;
• Maximum payout per single bet slip is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit has been expressly confirmed by a99bed in writing for a specific VIP player;
• Minimum odds for a bet to qualify as a qualifying bet for bonus wagering purposes is 1.50 (decimal format).

7.4 — Disconnection Policy

a99bed cannot be held responsible for interrupted gaming sessions caused by internet connectivity issues, power failures, or device malfunctions on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play, the Platform will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state upon reconnection. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be settled based on the game state recorded on a99bed's servers at the point of disconnection, which shall be final and binding.

Clause 8

8.1 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a99bed Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial purpose;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring Account access credentials to any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors are void;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to promote, advertise, or recruit players for any competing gaming product or service;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing communication with a99bed support staff or other players.

8.2 — Account Closure by a99bed

a99bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if a99bed reasonably determines that: a breach of these Terms has occurred; the security of the Account has been compromised; continued operation of the Account poses a risk to a99bed or its other players; or the Account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age. Upon permanent closure, Real Money Funds balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to a99bed, unless the closure is due to fraud or a legal hold, in which case funds may be retained pending investigation.

8.3 — Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your a99bed Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your KYC verification is complete. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Clause 9

All content on the a99bed Platform — including but not limited to the a99bed name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, user interface elements, written content, promotional materials, game artwork (where owned by a99bed rather than the game provider), and software — is the intellectual property of a99bed or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.1 — Limited User Licence

a99bed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of a99bed.

9.2 — Third-Party Game Content

All intellectual property rights in the games available on the a99bed Platform (including game software, artwork, audio, and game mechanics) belong to the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Your use of those games is additionally subject to those providers' end-user licence terms. a99bed makes no warranty or representation regarding the content of third-party games beyond what is confirmed by the relevant certified provider.

Clause 10

10.1 — Platform Availability

a99bed makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or events outside a99bed's reasonable control. a99bed will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of Platform downtime or interrupted access.

10.2 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a99bed's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

a99bed shall not be liable under any circumstances for: loss of profits; loss of business or revenue; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; indirect, consequential, or special damages; or any gambling losses incurred as a result of using the Platform, whether or not a99bed was advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 — "As Is" Disclaimer

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. a99bed does not warrant that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own device.

10.4 — Player Responsibility

You accept and acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. a99bed is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, for managing your gambling expenditure responsibly, and for seeking help if you develop a gambling problem. Clause 11

a99bed reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. a99bed will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes — typically via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login or via email to your registered address — but is not obligated to provide advance notice of minor or clarificatory amendments.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Clause 8.3 before the amended Terms take effect. Clause 12

12.1 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the a99bed Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. We take all player complaints seriously and will treat your concern with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

12.2 — Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by the a99bed support team within 10 business days, you may request escalation to a99bed's internal dispute resolution committee, which will review the matter independently and provide a final written decision within 14 business days of the escalation request. The committee's decision will be communicated to the email address registered on your Account.

12.3 — Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the platform's operational policies. You agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through a99bed's internal processes will be subject to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of a99bed's designated dispute resolution forum as notified to players from time to time. Nothing in this clause limits a99bed's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to reflect the original intent of the parties within the constraints of applicable law.
